Composition preserved

Same model, same pose, same lighting. Only the garment color/pattern changes.

Color-accurate

Brand-kit hex codes flow through. Output color matches Pantone-referenced specs.

Shoot once, sell everything

Apparel content cost per SKU drops by an order of magnitude.

Who this is for

Deep-SKU fashion brands

Job

Show every color variant on the PDP without re-shooting

Friction

Re-shooting every variant is the largest content cost line item.

Swimwear brands

Job

Each style ships in 5+ colorways

Friction

Per-color casting and shooting is a budget killer.

Kidswear brands

Job

Seasonal palette changes ship weekly

Friction

Children's casting + color cycling is logistically heavy.

Branded merch operators

Job

Show palette range on a hero shot

Friction

Print-on-demand catalogs need every color variant on PDP.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload the hero on-model shot

One source image — your campaign hero in the base color.

Replaces: Re-casting and re-shooting per color.

  2. 2

    Pick variant specs

Hex codes for colors, pattern references for prints. Multi-select.

    Replaces: Per-color shoot day.

  3. 3

    Generate

One run, all variants. Same model, same lighting, same composition.

Replaces: 5-10 shoot days for a single garment.

  4. 4

    Add to PDP

Bulk-upload per SKU; the variant photos slot into the existing color picker UI.

    Replaces: Per-SKU manual gallery management.

Questions and answers

Will the recoloring look like a real shoot?
Yes — the renderer simulates how each color reads under the source's lighting, so highlights and shadows sit correctly.
Can I match an exact Pantone?
Yes — supply hex or Pantone codes. Color accuracy is brand-kit locked.
Does this work for prints, not just solid colors?
Yes — supply a pattern reference image; the renderer maps it onto the garment respecting the original drape.
Will the model look like the same person across variants?
Yes — the same composite model is preserved across every color so the PDP feels coherent.
What about fabric texture?
Texture (knit, weave, sheen) is preserved from the source image so a recolored sweater still reads as a sweater.
Is this an API workflow?
Yes. POST a list of variant specs and the source image; outputs land grouped per variant.

hardest preset

Hardest preset for colour: a recolor must hit a target hue while holding material, stitching and specular highlights. ΔE is the metric that bites here — we report it honestly.
